Brighton and Hove Ayurveda was founded by Rebecca Jackson who after receiving Ayurvedic wisdom from a Dr. in India, FINALLY found relief from her life long health issues. Rebecca is now a fully insured and qualified consultant in Ayurvedic medicine - Having proudly studied with the leading Ayurvedic Dr. in the UK - Dr. Deepika Rodrigo.

Brighton and Hove Ayurveda is designed to keep treatment and education around Ayurveda simple. Here you will find care and support regarding your health and healing, along with easy to understand information about how to heal and move forward.

Rebecca will offer you a 1-1 in person consultation and provide a healing plan to move forward with. Consultations are currently held at a wellbeing center in Brighton and Hove, UK. Phone and video calls can also be arranged if needed. Please do get in touch to find out more.
